The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 38(ii) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has no concern with the seized materials. Further submission is that from the Seizure List, it appears that the alleged illicit liquor is recovered at the door of the house of one villager Brajesh Kumar.
