1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For directing the respondent authorities to grant and pay the scale of Assistant with annual increment, benefit of pay revision since from the date of which he was working on the said post and given basic scale of Assistant i.e 19.02.1999.

(II) For directing the respondent authorities to pay the monetary benefit along with entire due arrears of salaries in the incremental pay scale for the post of Assistant from the date on which petitioner was allowed to work on the said post by the competent authority of the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.7285 of 2022(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 corporation. Apart from that petitioner also prays for grant all consequential benefits such as ACP difference amount of Gratuity, Pension, Provident Fund, etc along with appropriate interest for which petitioner is entitled."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
