2. This writ application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning applications of Bihar State Cooperative Land Development Bank Ltd.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Land Development Bank has submitted that this writ application cannot be maintained in view of Special Bench decision of this Court in case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Limited Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2014 (1)

4. I find force in submission made on behalf of the respondents.
5. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
6. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to avail any alternative remedy before the appropriate forum against the actions of the Bank which are impugned. If any question of limitation arises, the appropriate forum shall keep in mind the fact that the petitioner has been pursuing his remedy before this Court by filing present writ application, while considering petitioner's application for condonation of delay.
