Now the respondents have retracted from the settlement and not complying with the
Patna High Court MJC No.1255 of 2014 dt.24-05-2017 2/2 settlement in question. The only remedy before the petitioner is to seek execution of the order or file complaint under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C with regard to non-compliance of the aforesaid order. That being so, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance raised herein.
