JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Heard counsel for the petitioners and the State. The application seeks modification in the order dated 09.11.2015. It is stated that all family members are the accused(s) of the case. Under condition no. (i) of the order dated 09.11.2015, this Court had directed that one of the bailors shall be own/close family members. Instead of family members, close relatives should be substituted.

Considering the submission of the party, the application is allowed. The condition no.(i) indicated in the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55956 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2016 09.11.2015 is modified to read as close relatives instead of own/close family members of the petitioners. Since I have modified the condition, the time granted under the said order to surrender and seek anticipatory bail is also extended to 1st of February, 2016.

The order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50340 of 2015 which relates to Lalganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Vaishlai, is modified/clarified to the extent indicated above. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U T
