Superannuation of an employee on reaching the age of retirement is integral part to the conditions of service. Merely because he was almost there and could have touched the tape it does not mean that the Court will interpret the facts and the rules and bend it only to ensure that a retired employee earns some more pension than what he actually deserves due to the post so hold, from where he had superannuated.
