This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.01.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 41210 of 2017 whereby six weeks time was granted to the petitioners to surrender.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners could not surrender within the time granted by this Court as the order was not communicated to them within time. In such circumstance, four weeks further time is granted to the petitioner, from the date of receipt of this order, to surrender before the court below on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 04.01.2018.
