Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 274 of 2020 arising out of Banka P.S. Case No. 454 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged mahua flower has been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is
