The present Criminal Miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the order dated 22.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10393 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner due to unavoidable circumstances could not surrender within time and as such two weeks further time be extended to surrender before the learned court below.

The learned A.P.P. has got no objection.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, this Criminal Miscellaneous for modification is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40497 of 2017 (2) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 and then he shall be released on bail on the terms and conditions of order dated 22.06.2017.
