KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-11-2021 Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(a) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3, the Managing Director, Bihar State Text Book Publishing Corporation Limited for quashing the Letter No.3470 dated 02.06.2020 whereby respondent rejected the representation dated 23.04.2020 and 20.05.2020 without any merits and without an accordance of law and without assigning any reason as per clear and earlier direction passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.5658 of 2020 dated 13.05.2020.
(ii) For further issuance of direction to the respondent no.3 for allotment of work for the period 20202021 as per approval of (Expression of Interest) vide letter no.1889 dated 20.03.2018 for the period of 3 years 2018-
Patna High Court CWJC No.7272 of 2020(6) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.
(c) For further issuance of Direction to stay / quash the blacklisting order passed by the respondent authority till the matter is finally adjudicated by this Hon'ble Court. (d) For further issuance of direction to respondent authority to give the tender to the petitioner which has been passed in the year 2020.
(e) For the grant of any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the eyes of law." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
