2. This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent-Bihar School Examination Board to correct and modify the petitioner's result of Intermediate Annual Examination, 2021. It is the petitioner's case that though he appeared in the Physics practical test, he was wrongfully shown absent.

3. It is, however, not in dispute that after filing of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10722 of 2021(4) dt.12-07-2021 2/2 writ application the petitioner's grievance has been redressed, inasmuch as, his result has been published after treating the petitioner present in the said practical examination.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has, however, submitted that the Board ought to have corrected the mistake before petitioner was compelled to approach this Court and the Board for the said reason should be cautioned by the High Court to be careful in future. It goes without saying.

5. The Court expects the Board to be more careful in future while dealing with the matters relating to young students who are in their formative stage.

6. This application stands disposed of.
