It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that when the first anticipatory bail applications of these petitioners have been heard the entire facts of the case could not be argued as he was not properly connected with virtual hearing.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

These applications for anticipatory bail arise out of Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 147, 149, 341, 323, 448, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and there are general and omnibus allegation against them, inasmuch as, they are not expected to participate in the crime, these applications are allowed.

Let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

4/4 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
