Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present MJC application has been filed for restoration of the CWJC No. 8297 of 2018 which has been dismissed against the respondent No. 4 for non compliance of the order dated 03.03.2025 as notice could not be sent within time on his new and correct address.
