JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected vide order, dated 18.12.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50310 of 2015.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of the informant by Farsa.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that compromise petition has been filed in the court below stating that the case has been compromised and the parties do not want to proceed in the matter. In view of the submissions made by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below (Judicial Magistrate,

No.22040 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 2/2 1st Class, Saharsa) within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail and the informant appears in person and accepts the factum of compromise, the petitioner would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each.
