Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2018, corresponding to Sessions Case No. 385 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the deceased, is of committing death of his wife with respect to demand.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that independent witnesses have not supported the prosecution allegation and as a matter of face she committed suicide. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the post mortem shows that deceased died due to pressing of neck and there is allegation against the petitioner with respect to

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, once the informant and his family members have been examined in this case, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
