JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 21-08-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. It has been submitted that due to typographical error in the 2nd paragraph as well as in the last paragraph of the order dated 26.07.2017, by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, „Rajauli P.S. Case No.130 of 2017‟ has been typed, whereas, it should have been "Rajauli P.S. Case No.92 of 2017".

In view of such, 2nd paragraph as well as last paragraph of the order dated 26.07.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „Rajauli P.S. Case No.130 of 2017‟, it should be read as "Rajauli P.S. Case No.92 of 2017".

As prayed for, four weeks‟ further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34887 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 i.e. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.92 of 2017 in terms of the order dated 26.07.2017 subsequently modified by this order.
