JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 The earlier bail application of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial. Unfortunately, the trial has not been concluded. In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this application. Considering the fact that earlier this Court had issued direction to the Court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest, the Court is constrained to direct the Court below to conclude the trial positively within a period of six months from today failing which the court below shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and conditions and submit a failure report to the Registrar (Vigilance) of this Court for appropriate action.
