The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. He had no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is stolen property.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Mofasil P.S. case No.74 of 2019.
