It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that apart from the claim as to legitimacy of the petitioner's removal as Angan Bari Sevika, order dated 29.03.2011 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal Case No 199 of 2009 by the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna is affront to the order passed by this Court in CWJC No 12325 of 2009 (Annexure 8).

In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9608 of 2011(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a contempt application against the Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna for violating the order passed in CWJC No 12325 of 2009.
