Petitioner is accused in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the present case, the complaint case is filed after lapse of 10 days of the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.02.2019.
