JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-02-2016 In view of the order passed in CWJC No.15519 of 2015, petitioner is granted seven days time to vacate the quarter and handover possession to the University. If he does not handover possession of the quarter to the University authorities, the authorities has freedom to divest him from the possession by using the services of the police in this regard. Besides they will also take steps for recovery of rent at market rate for the period of over stay. Writ application is dismissed.
