JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for providing security to the petitioner, however, during the interregnum period, the petitioner has been provided with adequate security. Nonetheless, it is the apprehension of the petitioner that the security provided to the petitioner may be removed/withdrawn.

In such view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Special Security Committee for passing of necessary orders before expiry of the period for which security has been granted to the petitioner, whereupon the said Committee shall take necessary decision forthwith.
