The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 354, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the parties and in the alleged occurrence, no injury was found. Further submission is that offence under section 354 of the I.P.C. is not made out in the case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
