The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 406, 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no concrete material in the whole case diary against the petitioner. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43880 of 2017 (3) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
