The petitioners have field this petition for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 13393 of 2016, which was dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 05.07.2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to his fault he could not mark the case in the daily cause list and that is why, on call, the case remained unattended. Considering the facts aforesaid, the restoration petition is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 13393 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
