The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 315, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of four days of the alleged occurrence. The occurrence took place due to land dispute. Moreover, the injuries are found simple in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36323 of 2017 (3) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S.
