02-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-25 and Sri Pandit Jee Pandey, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Bihar State Warehousing Corporation. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for directing the Respondents to pay his salary for the period of November, 1998 to March, 1999. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the petitioner retired in the year 1999 itself. Learned counsel for the petitioner further accepts that for the same relief as well as other relief the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition, which was disposed of and, thereafter, a contempt petition was filed for non-compliance of the order of the writ court. However, the contempt petition was also disposed of since

Keeping in view the fact that relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition, was earlier raised in a writ petition and adjudicated by this Court, second writ petition for the same relief may not be entertained.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
