JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned AC to GA 6 appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 5, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail of the remedy of revision available to the petitioners, under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land), Act, 1961, against the impugned appellate order.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6953 of 2014 (2) dt.30-09-2016 2/2 liberty aforesaid.

If an appropriate revision application is filed on behalf of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today with a certified copy of the present order, and if it is found to have become barred by limitation and if any petition is filed on behalf of the petitioners for condonation of such delay, then the learned revisional authority shall take into consideration that on a bonafide legal advice, the present writ petition was filed before this Court on 7.4.2014 and that remained pending till date.
