Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 366A, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 04 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to some oblique motive. In the instant case, F.I.R is lodged after lapse of 20 days. On perusal of Annexures - 2, 3 and 3/1, it appears that the reports of the Doctor do not support the allegation

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur.
