JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the First Information Report (for short 'the FIR') of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.117 of 2017 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
2. It would be manifest from perusal of the allegations made in the FIR, as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application, ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 clearly attracts to the facts of the present case.
3. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in present
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38016 of 2017 dt.14-03-2018 2/2 application. It is dismissed accordingly.
