Mr. Dhurendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 313, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusations are of making assault for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and getting the pregnancy of the informant terminated.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26725 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/3 petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is cousin of the husband of the informant and petitioner No. 2 is wife of petitioner No. 1. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the informant and they have no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the informant and her husband.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned A.P.P for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 934 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
