For removal of encroachment made by local resident on the only village/approach road appertaining to and is situated at Mauja- Dilgauri, Khata no. 1046, Khesra-358, ward no.7, Circlesultanganj, which is the only Common approach road and has been encroached by the local muscle men, by forcefully making illegal encroachment and construction over the said piece of land and because of the same entire villagers are facing very hardships from movement.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6182 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 (ii). For directing and commanding the respondent authorities for taking appropriate legal action against the persons who are responsible for encroachment on village road forcefully and to remove the encroachment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sultanganj, District-Bhagalpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
