The present writ application has been filed challenging the notification dated 29.06.2020 issued by the Additional Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna / respondent no. - 4 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Works Sub- Division, Laukahi to Works Sub- Division, Thakrahan.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.7281 of 2020(3) dt.07-01-2021 2/2 counter affidavit as well as supplementary counter affidavit and referring to Annexure -"B" to the supplementary counter affidavit, learned counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner was considered by the competent authority and it has been decided that the petitioner shall not be transferred from his present place of posting at Laukahi.

In view of the order dated 24.09.2020 at Annexure - "B" brought by the State by way of supplementary counter affidavit, Mr. S.B.K. Manglam, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
