Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No.44 of 2021 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504/34,366, 428 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, the victim lady has alleged that the accused persons forcibly took her in a car and thereafter forcibly administered certain liquid and later only because two persons on a motorcycle were crossing that the accused persons thereafter fled away leaving her there. Those people on the motorcycle informed her family members whereafter she was brought home. The subsequent statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has also alleged

Considering the aforesaid nature of the case and the allegation that has been attributed to the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant him privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.
