This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Tekari P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014 dated 13.02.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 has informed this Court that in this case charge sheet has been submitted and the case has been transferred to the Special Court for trial.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner for quashing the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43986 of 2016(2) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 subject FIR.

The petition is dismissed.

The petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the grounds at the appropriate stage.
