2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that entire amount of G.P.F. and other retiral benefits as claimed for in the present writ petition has been paid to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6500 of 2023 dt.09-10-2023 2/2 petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, in case of non-payment, he may take appropriate legal action against the District Provident Fund Officer, Patna and for rest of the grievance, he may avail appropriate remedy.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
