====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Palanwan P. S. Case No. 245 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of one Suresh Yadav with farsa. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2026. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently

6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari in connection with Palanwan P. S. Case No. 245 of 2023.
