The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022 registered under Section 364 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48821 of 2022. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
