2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to revise the result published on 07.02.2024 by the respondents Nos. 5 and 6.

The petitioner contends that the persons at serial Nos. 18, 19, 21 and 22 of the result dated 07.02.2024, who, like the petitioner, belong to the Extremely Backward Class were placed below the petitioner in the merit list prepared on 26.09.2018, pursuant to selection conducted in terms of Employment Notice No. 01/16 for the post of 'Clerk' in the Civil Courts of Bihar.

4. The impugned revised result dated 07.02.2024

Patna High Court CWJC No. 6853 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 published by the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 appears to have been published in terms of Judgment dated 19.04.2023 passed in LPA No. 650 of 2022.

The petitioner, though has put to challenge the revised result published on 07.02.2024 by the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 alleging that the persons in the revised select list dated 07.02.2024 at Serial Nos. 18, 19, 21, and 22 were placed below the petitioner in the merit list published on 26.09.2018 by the respondent Nos. 5 and 6, however, the petitioner has not impleaded the persons at serial Nos. 18, 19, 21 and 22 of the revised result dated 07.02.2024 as respondents in the present writ petition.

6. Under the circumstances, I am of the view that no effective adjudication can be made on the issue raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioner to file writ petition afresh by impleading the persons at Serial Nos. 18, 19, 21 and 22 of the revised list dated 07.02.2024 as respondents, if so advised.
