4. However, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Circle Officer, Teghra, Begusarai (respondent No. 6) within a period of four weeks from today, who, after verifying the records, shall pass a reasoned order within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

5. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary order shall be passed/caused to be passed, releasing the salary of the petitioner for the period as claimed.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
