The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 registered under Sections 354A and 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he not only outraged the modesty of the victim girl but he has also tried to tamper with the evidence even before grant of bail by getting the compromise petition filed in the court, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5757 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
