The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nauhatta. P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she got married with the petitioner out of her own sweet will, which is evident from Annexure-2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the victim is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S.
