The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 327, 380, 436, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners and 40.-50 unknown persons came to the wine shop of the informant along with dead body of Bhuneshwar Bind, who has suspected to consume the liquor from the shop of the informant and subsequently died. Hence, a protest was made and accused persons put the shop and house of the informant on fire and took away Rs. 15,000/- from his shop.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54080 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
