The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.02.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that petitioner is suspected in the stolen motorcycle. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of
