Patna High Court MJC No.1284 of 2025(6) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 CWJC No. 17150 of 2024 dated 20.03.2025, the petitioner has already been evicted from the subject premises and I.A. No. 1 of 2025 was filed by the petitioner seeking payment of the rental dues amounting to Rs. 82,19,067/- by way of 12 equal instalments.

2. Having regard to the fact that the CWJC No. 17150 of 2024 has already been disposed of vide order dated 20.03.2025, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a suitable representation seeking payment of the rental amounts due to the official-respondents by way of instalments within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders and communicate the same to the petitioner. It is further clarified that if any machinery or articles of the petitioner are in possession of the respondent-authority, the same shall be returned to the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present MJC stands disposed of.
