The petitioners are in custody in connection with Mahishi (Jalai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 03.02.2019.

Referring to the Annexure-2 he submits that the injury

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and he submits that the injury is simple in nature, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi (Jalai O.P.)
