Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 1683 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 634 of 2020 (Annexure-2 series) on 14.01.2020 and 29.05.2020 respectively. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 25.10.2019.

No. 22968 of 2020(2) dt.17-09-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019.
