Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The instant application for provision bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with NDPS (Special) Case No. 16 of 2022 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(B)(ii)(c) and 29 of NDPS Act, Section 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.4.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73820 of 2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27363 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for provisional bail is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial.
