2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 409.125 litres illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the seized tractor. Petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents.
