The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 23.09.2015 passed in Vigilance Case No. 70/11 dated 15/9/2011 Special Case No. 36/11 whereby the learned Special Court took cognizance under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)D of Prevention of Corruption Act, passed by Special Judge Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is omnibus, he is a practicing Advocate of Muzaffarpur Civil Court and further he was neither Sanctioning

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56460 of 2015(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 nor Disbursing Authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument further seeks permission to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Permission accorded.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
